Anna Camp is totally smitten with her much younger girlfriend Jade Whipkey, with the couple making their triumphant red carpet debut at the Bride Hard premiere last week.
The Pitch Perfect actress, 42, sent the internet into a frenzy as she stepped out with her other half, 24, at the celebratory bash just weeks after they went public with their relationship.
While Anna has already politely hit back at criticism over their age-gap, Royale’s Femail takes a closer look at Jade, who has largely lived out of the spotlight until now.
Born in November 2000, Jade is a wardrobe stylist and set designer based in Burbank, California.
She has designed the set for shows including Legacy Talk with Lena Waithe.
In November 2024, Jade styled Coco Jones and Terrell Grice for the second season of T and Coco.
One month later, in December, she worked on designing the set for The WalkGood Yard’s second annual film and wellness festival.
That same month, she also worked as an assistant on a project with Keke Palmer in collaboration with Google which celebrated Black-owned businesses.

Jade made her relationship with Anna official on Instagram on June 10 when she heaped praise on her partner for her Palm Springs Life magazine cover.
Sharing images of them cozied up at the launch party, she said: ‘You are the easiest person to celebrate and the sweetest to love. See you on the cover of @voguemagazine next.’
Responding to the sweet tribute, Anna said: ‘I am the luckiest and you are my everything girl.’
Anna heaped praise on Jade during the red carpet premiere for Bride Hard on June 18.
‘I brought my girlfriend, Jade. Yes, she’s here and we’re very excited and she hasn’t seen the movie yet so I can’t wait for her to see it,’ she gushed to Entertainment Tonight.
‘I’m just so happy to be having a fun night with her seeing this very funny, crazy movie.’
Jade and Anna cozied up at the star-studded event and wrapped their arms around each other as they posed for photographers on the carpet.

In the days that followed, Anna clapped back at critics who questioned the 18-year age gap between them.
Commenting under an Instagram post from LGBTQ+ outlet PinkNews, she wrote: ‘Thought I’d jump on here since I follow @pinknews and just say I’ve dated men exactly my age and Jade is FAR more mature than any of them.’
Emphasizing their compatibility, Anna continued: ‘We have more in common than anyone else I’ve ever dated and can literally talk about anything and everything.
‘Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and I’m wishing everyone well. Especially this Pride month.’
While it’s not known when the new couple started dating, they made a joint appearance in a TikTok video for Mr.Big.USA in May where they recalled some of the worst dates they ever had.
In the clip, Anna talked about how a male date showed up nearly an hour late and ‘said that I was prettier in a movie than I was in person.’

Anna and Jade were later spotted spending time together inside the venue as they sipped on refreshing drinks
She was then questioned what she ‘expects from a guy on the first date?’
‘Well, I don’t expect anything from a guy anymore because I’m dating a woman and it’s great,’ Anna responded, which prompted Jade to wrap her arm around her.
The lovebirds were linked again in May when Anna reposted an image originally uploaded on Jade’s Instagram account.
The snap showed the True Blood star sitting at a restaurant with the caption: ‘Her smile is a poem, her eyes are roses, her laugh is music for dancing.’
Anna reshared the picture to her Instagram Stories, tagging Jade, and adding a fiery red heart emoji.
Before her current romance, Anna was previously married to Michael Mosley from 2010 through 2013.
She also tied the knot with Skylar Astin in 2016, but their divorce was finalized three years later in 2019.
During an appearance on the Penn Badgley’s Podcrushed podcast, Anna compared her marriage to Michael as a ‘one-night stand that lasted seven years.’
