Actress Jennifer Coolidge wowed fans with her chic ensemble and flawless complexion at this year’s Emmy Awards – and now, a plastic surgeon is weighing in on the cosmetic tweaks that the A-lister could have had done.
Coolidge, 64, who was a hit on the first two seasons of HBO‘s The White Lotus, was draped in a black, off-the-shoulder dress with long sleeves complete with gloves, made by designer Christian Siriano.
Thegown featured a dramatic, tulle ruffle at the neckline, as she completed the look by carrying a black satin clutch.
She accessorized with danglingHanut Singh earrings and a pair of heeled mules byKurt Geiger for the star-studded show in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
To top things off, Coolidge wore her long blonde locks in a sophisticated updo, leaving two strands to frame her youthful-looking visage, ready to take the stage as she presented an Emmy Award to actress Jean Smart.
Now, after fans were sent into a frenzy over her appearance, Texas-based plastic surgeon Dr. Raja Mohan, who has not treated the star, is weighing in exclusively to Royale about what he believes Coolidge has really had done – and what she’s skipped out on.
After reviewing a number of photos of Coolidge, including her night at the Emmys, Dr. Mohan told Royale that there ‘are signs that suggest she may have undergone some cosmetic procedures,’ including cosmetic injections.
‘Her facial structure appears fuller and smoother in more recent photos, particularly in the midface and cheek area, which could indicate the use of fillers or fat grafting,’ Dr. Mohan explained.

‘The skin along her jawline and neck looks relatively tight for her age, suggesting possible skin tightening treatments or even a facelift,’ he continued.
‘Around her eyes, the upper lids appear less heavy compared to what one would expect naturally, raising the possibility of eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty).’
But that’s not all – in addition to her tighter-looking face, Dr. Mohan suspects that the actress may have had something injected in her lips, as well.
‘Her lips appear more voluminous in later photos, which is often the result of injectable fillers,’ Dr. Mohan told Royale.
However, this doesn’t necessarily mean that she’s gone under the knife multiple times.
‘These changes don’t necessarily mean extensive surgery, but rather a combination of nonsurgical interventions like fillers, Botox, and perhaps selective surgical procedures that have maintained her features while softening age-related changes,’ the board-certified plastic surgeon added.
The doctor also noticed that Coolidge may have had Botox placed around her eye area.
‘Her forehead and the area around her eyes look smoother than expected for her age, which suggests Botox use to reduce fine lines and keep the brows elevated,’ Dr. Mohan said.

But that’s not all – in addition to her tighter-looking face, Dr. Mohan suspects that the actress may have had something injected in her lips, as well, as she’s seen here in 2023
‘Overall, the changes seem to be aimed at softening wrinkles, maintaining cheek volume, and enhancing lip shape while keeping her look in line with her recognizable features.’
Royale reached out to Coolidge’s reps for comment.
While she’s stayed away from talking about any plastic surgery publicly, Coolidge did admit in 2023 that she is ‘allergic’ to makeup, according to NewBeauty.
She recalled that her eyes were always watering – and later realized that it was the kind of makeup that she was using.
And, she even ended up in the emergency roomwhile filming White Lotus in 2020, after a spray tan gone wrong.
The siren spoke about her preparation for the role at the time, saying ‘I didn’t want to look like a big, white marshmallow on the beach in Hawaii, so I got a spray tan.
‘I got on the plane, and I started to feel really weird. By the time I got off the flight, I had to go to the emergency room.’
Thankfully, the actress made a full recovery.
It comes as the starsparked a woke fury after being exposed as a fan of Charlie Kirk.

X, formerly Twitter, user @oocwhitelotus uploaded a screenshot of people Coolidge follows on the social media platform- including Kirk, who was assassinated at an event in Utah last week.
Coolidge became a gay icon after featuring on the first two seasons of The White Lotus, with many progressive LGBT fans particularly upset she had dared follow Kirk.
Other users, however, rushed to Coolidge’s defense, noting how she ‘follows everyone’ including Democrats like Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton and Jill Biden.
As of early this morning, Coolidge no longer follows Kirk on the platform.
