Kim Kardashian is no stranger to being a cover girl – but a snap of her on the cover of Lucky magazine in 2011 has fans agog at her flawless complexion and natural beauty.
The 44-year-old was the cover girl of the Condé Nast magazine over 10 years ago – but people can’t get over her youthful visage in the magazine shoot.
The cover of the now-defunct magazine, recently shared to Reddit, shows the reality star beaming towards the camera, with her long hair curled over the shoulders.
She wore a purple sequined miniskirt and a white, V-neck long sleeved shirt with a black lining and a thick leather belt around her waist.
Fans were quick to point out the drastic changes to Kim’s appearance compared to then and now.
‘She was so cute back in the day,’ one fan wrote.
‘Man, I barely recognized her. And not just the face, her hair and makeup style has changed a ton over the years too!’ added another.
‘She still is beautiful but obviously got a lot of work done in recent years,’ theorized someone else. ‘2011 Kim and KUWTK was peak in my opinion.’

It recently went viral on Reddit, where fans were quick to point out the drastic changes to Kim’s appearance compared to then and now. She’s seen in February
‘I can’t believe she CHOSE to destroy her natural good looks with s***ty plastic surgery,’ complained another.
The mom-of-four occasionally shares old photos of herself, posting a snapshot to Instagram of herself around the age of 13, smiling and holding a nail brush, in May.
The photo is captioned ‘1993’ followed by a camera emoji and then ‘Linds,’ likely referring to her childhood friend Lindsay May who passed in early 2025 due to cancer.
While many people gushed about Kim’s ‘natural beauty,’ in the comment section of the post, others were quick to point out how much her face has changed.
It fueled speculation she has undergone the knife for multiple facial procedures – whichplastic surgeons have suggested as well.
‘Wow… I never realized how much work you’ve had done,’ one Instagram user commented on the snap. ‘Beautiful either way but wow!’
The Kardashian family has a longstanding history with being coy about their procedures.
Kylie Jenner has admitted to getting breast augmentation and lip fillers; Khloe Kardashian once said she got a nose job and ‘some injections;’ Kourtney Kardashian has revealed she had a boob job as well as some non-surgical ‘contouring and lifting;’ and Kendall Jenner maintains she’s never touched her face.

Kim has strenuously denied ever having surgery on her face but fans have long speculated she has had fillers

She has, however, previously admitted to having a ‘little bit of Botox.’ She’s seen in 2010

In December 2024, Kim shared another throwback of her in a photo booth picture dating back somewhere in the 1990s
In 2024, a top UK cosmetic doctor weighed in on Kim’s ever-youthful face – claiming at the time that she she bared all the hallmarks of a new cosmetic operation.
Kim has strenuously denied ever having surgery on her face but fans have long speculated she has had fillers – a popular procedure in which gels are injected beneath the skin where they sit, adding volume.
She has, however, previously admitted to having a ‘little bit of Botox.’
London-based aesthetics doctor Dr. Jonny Betteridge said he suspects the mother-of-four has undergone something called ‘a ponytail facelift.’
In an Instagram video, he told his 289,000 followers: ‘Fillers only go so far and if you fill your face to the point where you can’t go any further, often you need to dissolve what you’ve got and then you’re left with an alternative option. That’s surgery.
‘You can see how tight and lifted her face looks with virtually no signs of ageing.
‘Given her facial appearance, I think she had a ponytail facelift around two or three years ago, where the scars are discreetly put in the hairline by the temple and behind the ear.’
A ponytail facelift, also known as a mini facelift or short scar facelift, is a minimally invasive facial cosmetic procedure that takes around an hour and a half to complete.
