Ann-Margret was absolutely glowing in her latest red carpet appearance just one month after reuniting with former costar Pat Boone.
The Bye Bye Birdie actress attended the Daytime Beauty Awards at Grand Venue in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 21, alongside a roster of A-list stars. Ann-Margret, 84, was radiant in a bright pink top with a matching sweater and black pants. She paired the look with strappy black heels and silver jewelry. As always, Ann-Margret rocked her famous red hair, a signature staple of her timeless look. Additionally, Ann-Margret snapped some pictures with Tiffany Haddish.
The outing came just a few weeks after she posed with legendary singer Boone, 91, on the red carpet at the Cinecon Classic Film Festival at Writers Guild Theater with actress Nancy Kwan in August. Boone held hands with Ann-Margret and Kwan, 86, as they smiled in front of the cameras. He donned a bright green suit jacket, a white button-up shirt and yellow pants and completed the look with a floral tie.
The public appearances came just months after the actress was praised for her energy and iconic performances while attending Project Angel Food’s Lead With Love fundraiser in L.A. on June 28.
At the event, Ann-Margret took the stage with Eric McCormack, who recognized her “’60s dance moves that captivated the world.”
“You changed how a generation hit the dance floor,” McCormack said. “Where do those incredible moves come from? Does everyone in Sweden dance like that?”
“My heart and my seat,” Sweden-born Ann-Margret responded, to which McCormack said, “I have a lot of male friends that are very, very jealous of me tonight because I get to stand here with you.”

McCormack went on to hail Ann-Margret as the “female Elvis.” Ann-Margret worked with Elvis Presley on 1964’s Viva Las Vegas.
“It was a joy working with E.P.,” she told Fox News Digital in May 2023. “We felt music the same way. We would listen to music, we would look at each other and woo! We would be moving the same way.”

“It was on his left shoulder!” Ann-Magret declared. “As a matter of fact, I saw him two days ago here in Los Angeles. And of course, I reminded him of that. And I did it again! He said, ‘Thank you’ – he loved it.”
Boone, for his part, said the scene was hard to forget.
“This was my first real screen kiss, a highlight in my movie career – made more sensual and erotic as a very tempting young Ann-Margret nibbled and played tic-tac-toe on my bare chest while we sang ‘Willing and Eager,’ the new Richard Rodgers song,” the “Moody River” singer told the outlet. “I had a hard time convincing my wife, Shirley, that I was ‘just acting.’”
