It reads like the ‘who’s who’ of British high society, with Tatler‘s annual list of eligible singles forecasting the names we’re going to see everywhere in the new year.

The magazine has unveiled its choice selection of 200 of Britain’s most desirable – including Gen Z heiresses, dukes-in-waiting, perennially partying It Girls and athletes – on the newest edition of its exclusive Little Black Book.

These well-heeled nepo babies come from some of the most influential families across fashion, music, finance and sport, with the world at their feet.

Take, for instance, ‘eventing golden girl’ Lady Araminta Spencer-Churchill, who appears as the issue’s fresh-faced cover star.

The 18-year-old daughter of the 12th Duke of Marlborough is juggling Olympic training with a passion for art while pursuing a degree in event management and preparing for the Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris next month.

Her co-cover star, Gabriel Glendhill is on the fast track to the Winter Olympics, but his ‘Disney prince’ good looks mean the 23-year-old skier is also likely fielding offers from every modelling agent worth their salt.

Both of them are single and ready to mingle, just like the rest of their cohort that is published by Tatler in its December issue.

However, the Royale has a sneak-peek at the Top 10 – comprising a jet-setting Bhutanese prince, a rising rugby player, the raven-haired beauty who is heir to the Goldsmith empire, and the model daughter of pioneering fashion designer Phoebe Philo.

1. Albert Windsor

Meet the country’s most eligible bachelor, 18-year-old Albert Windsor.

As his moniker belies, Albert Windsor is part of the extended royal family: his father is Lord Nicholas Windsor – the second son and the youngest child of the Duke and the late Duchess of Kent.

Albert Louis Philip Edward Windsor was born on September 22, 2007, at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and is the first royal to share the name with the late Queen Elizbeth’s father King George VI, known as Albert or Bertie before taking the throne.

The mother of 18-year-old Albert, who is the eldest of three siblings, is Lady Nicholas Windsor, nee Paola Louise Marica Doimi de Lupis.

Albert was the first royal baby to be baptised a Catholic since 1688 after an official ceremony in the Queen’s Chapel in St. James’ Palace.

Lord Nicholas, 43, forfeited his place in the line to the throne when he converted to Catholicism in 2001, following the example of his mother Katharine.

The Duchess of Kent, who died on September 4 at the age of 92, withdrew from royal duties in 2002.

She was the first senior royal to convert publicly since the passing of the Act of Settlement in 1701.

As a result, Albert and his brothers were all baptised Catholic, and have been removed from the line of succession.

Had they been in the Church of England, they would be 37th, 38th and 39th respectively.

They remain in the line of succession to the Dukedom of Kent, however.

2. The Hon. Thrya Goldsmith

Born in 2002 to politician Zac Goldsmith and Sheherazade Ventura-Bentley, Thyra Goldsmith, 23, is the now-divorced couple’s youngest daughter.

While her surname may have a certain cachet – Goldsmith is a banking dynasty whose fortune dates back to the 16th century – she is no stranger to stepping out on her own.

In addition to her degree in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh, Thyra is the co-founder of Bambaz, a capsule jewellery company, offering a ‘carefully considered collection designed to be worn boldly, cherished slowly, and treasured for years to come’.

The gold jewellery collection includes rings and necklaces priced from £25, with top sellers including the £30 classic bangle and the £40 fish charm necklace.

It even featured in British Vogue back in January, with Thyra writing at the time: ‘So excited by this! Feeling very proud.’

Thyra graduated this summer, after completing a study abroad programme at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Spain.

She is also a passionate writer, frequently sharing articles on her Substack.

And she’s proven herself to be quite the jetsetter, recently enjoying holidays to Japan, Seville and Barcelona.

Her father, Zac Goldsmith, split from his wife Alice Rothschild in 2023 after a decade of marriage.

Before they were married, their relationship had been the subject of a tabloid exposé while Sheherazade Ventura-Bentley, Thyra’s mother, was still his wife.

‘Alice and Zac have made the difficult decision to separate,’ the spokesman told the Mail at the time. ‘They do so amicably, and are committed to jointly raising their three children in a happy and healthy environment.

Lord Goldsmith, who has an estimated fortune of £300million, also has three children with Ms Rothschild – Thyra’s half-siblings. Thyra also has siblings, Uma Romaine and James, from her father’s first marriage.

3. Henry Pollock

When it comes to sport, one of the most exciting athletes on the horizon is rugby player Henry Pollock.

Henry, 20, an English rugby union player who plays for Northampton Saints and the England national team, was told earlier this year that ‘the sky is the limit’ for his rugby career by England team-mate Ben Earl.

Continuing to praise the young athlete, who has been dubbed rugby’s answer to Luke Littler, Ben said: ‘Henry is far more talented than I am.

‘Henry is double the player I am and will continue to do great things in the game. The sky’s the limit for him – he can do things that not many players in the world can do, in any position.

‘He’s taken it to (Lions tour) like a duck to water. He’s been great, I’ve been so impressed.

‘I know for a fact that, at 20, I’d have done it very differently and been nowhere near as successful.’

Henry is currently the youngest player in Andy Farrell’s British and Irish squad and previously said they want to be ‘the best Lions team ever’.

He previously opened up about a drunken 2024 trip to Dublin and how the team had pints from 9am as part of the Champions Cup tournament.

In September, Henry put on a very different look to usual as he attended London Fashion Week (pictured)

‘We got a flight at 5am on the Saturday morning, which was a tough start,’ Pollock said. ‘We flew to Dublin and we were at Temple Bar at 9am. We were there all day and then went to watch the game.

‘We went out in Dublin after. We left the club at three or four to get the taxi to the airport, and the flight was at half five back to England. Sunday was pretty much a write-off.

‘There are a couple of stories I wouldn’t tell you. There were about 10 of us who went. It was one of the best weekends, one of those you didn’t plan for.’

Pollock’s try celebrations, trademark black headband, and straight talking have made him a new hero for young Northampton fans and a potential game changer for rugby.

However, some have mistaken Pollock’s celebrations for arrogance and criticised his approach.

‘I am just being myself,’ said the 20-year-old. ‘If you like it, you like it. If not, then I guess don’t watch it. If you look at football, there are lots of characters and big role models people want to go and watch.

‘Rugby is at a junction where it needs to do something new. There needs to be more characters in the game that kids or fans can warm to.’

In September, Henry put on a very different look to usual as he attended London Fashion Week – and even appeared to have a front row seat.

A month previously, he enjoyed summer breaks to Menorca and the Balearic Islands, saying it had helped him to ‘recharge’, posting a slew of stunning sunset snaps to his Instagram account.

He’s also a keen golfer, showing off his prowess at the St Andrews course in September.

Model Maya Wigram, 19, is another of the names on Tatler’s top 10 list – and she certainly has the fashion credentials to back up her spot.

She is the daughter of much-loved designer Phoebe Philo, a name familiar to anyone with a passion for handbags.

Phoebe was the creative director of top design house Chloé between 2001 and 2006.

During that time, one of her most famous creations – the Paddington bag – was first seen at Chloé’s spring/summer 2005 show.

The slouchy, boho creation – with its distinct leather covered oversized padlock detail – was coveted by all fashionistas.

Now, in a neat cycle that fashion is known for, boho is firmly back – and one of the models who has worn the style on the catwalk is Maya.

In fact, in March this year, Maya walked for Chloé – some 20 years after her mother had taken the helm at the brand, suggesting that at her tender age, she has adopted some impressive style credentials.

Since then, Maya has appeared in Vogue France and Pop Magazine as well as top brands, including modelling for Gucci and closing Burberry’s 2024 Autumn/Winter catwalk show.

And the model from West London is also known to rub shoulders with other famous faces, including Romeo Beckham, when she’s not globetrotting and sharing her Mediterranean adventures with her followers.

5. Jude Fry

Born in 2001, Jude Fry is the son of chocolate heir Cosmo Fry and his late wife Lulu Anderson.

Tragically, Lulu – who was Cosmo’s third wife – died of cancer aged just 60 in 2022. The couple lived together for 15 years, before they tied the knot in 2012.

Little is known about Jude himself, who is a model with the agency Wilhelmina, as he keeps his social media accounts set to private.

He has previously been romantically linked to Ella Clapton, daughter of Eric Clapton – guitar legend and writer of Tears In Heaven.

Jude previously set up a business with a fellow alumnus of £39,930-per-year Marlborough College called Pass It On, which sells second-hand private school uniforms.

‘We realised students leaving school were desperate to make money, and there was a huge market,’ Jude previously told The Scottish Royale.

‘Private school parents not only pay these incredibly expensive fees, but are also hit with a huge bill for uniforms.’

He spent the summer before university in the South of France with his older brother Orson, and you can most likely spot him at The Strokes gigs, said Tatler.

‘We aim to have 30 schools with a couple of thousand items to be doing very well, but we are happy at the moment,’ he added.

He has since graduated with a First Class degree in Politics from Newcastle University and has since held roles in sales, business and marketing after moving to London.

In December, Cosmo was reported by the Royale’s Richard Eden to have found love again with Diane Birch, an American pop star 26 years his junior. ‘We met in Somerset where I live,’ Cosmo said at the time.

Born in 2004, Lady Beatrice Campbell is the youngest child of Colin Campbell, the 7th Earl of Cawdor, and Lady Isabella Stanhope.

Despite little information being available about her online, Tatler has included her in their most 200 eligible people.

7. Tobi Ojora

Influencer Tobi Ojora is known for her content, which spans a number of platforms as well as topics.

Her work can be found on Instagram (where she has almost 100,000 followers) as well as TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.

On TikTok, she describes her content as ‘facts, face, fitness, fashion’ – a neat summary of her polished and productive feed.

Tobi previously attended private school Wycombe Abbey in Buckinghamshire, where she was school track and field captain, and a prefect.

She then studied for a BA in Psychology and Communications at the University of Southern California with a semester abroad at the University of Bristol and a Masters in Digital Media Management.

She now appears to work full-time in social media, collaborating with the likes of FarFetch, H&M, and Gymshark, and has enjoyed brand trips away, for example, to Seoul.

Recently, she’s taken on a 30-day wellness challenge to ‘reset and rebuild healthy habits’. This will include getting up by 7am each day, 20,000 daily steps, reading 20 pages a day, cutting out processed foods and sugar, and limiting alcohol.

‘Wellness isn’t just one thing, it’s a whole lifestyle,’ she said.

She also has a fitness page called Tone With Toni, where she shares her exercise routines, and documented her progress to running the London Marathon in April.

8. Alastair Stewart

Alastair Stewart, the son of the Maggie singer, was studying fashion design, entrepreneurship, and branding at the JCA London Fashion Academy in between modelling gigs, but dropped out earlier this year.

Instead, he has turned his attention to the film and TV industry and hopes one day to be cast as his father Sir Rod Stewart, if a biopic is ever made about the legendary rocker.

But for now, the 19-year-old is happy to be behind the camera, previously revealing he has written several scripts for screenplays.

When he’s not writing scripts, Alastair is following his famous father around the globe, supporting him at shows.

He has recently been spotted in Argentina and was previously seen in the crowds at Glastonbury.

Sir Rod and Alastair share a close relationship, and were photographed watching Celtic vs Young Boys in the Champions League in January, singing and snapping selfies in the crowd at Celtic Park, Glasgow.

The flamboyant rocker showed off his fashion sense in a fur-trimmed leather jacket, white shirt and a black tie, over a double breasted blazer.

Meanwhile, Alastair was more low key, opting for a beige jacket which he paired with a white shirt, black trousers and a striped tie.

According to media reports, the 30-year-old attended the prestigiousSwiss boarding school, Institut Le Rosey, after being a pupil atthe Early Learning Center in Thimphu, Bhutan.

10. Isabelle Lacy

Tennis player Isabelle Lacy, born on July 2, 2006, has enjoyed considerable success despite her tender age.

The now 19-year-old made her Wimbledon debut in 2023, where she finished runners-up in the Junior Wimbledon Girls’ doubles playing with Hannah Klugman.

There, she showed off her tenacity: after losing the first set 6-4, then lost the second 5-1, they managed to pick up some games to end the second set 7-4.

Speaking at the time, Isabelle said: ‘We got the energy going and then the crowd got going, so we did really well to get back to 5-5. It was a tough game then, but we loved it.’

She said at the time: ‘A very special grass court season – ending it as the girls Wimbledon doubles finalists, so many smiles and so much more to come.’

She’s since taken her tennis even further and played in the Australian Open in January 2024.

This January, it was announced that Isabelle would be joining the University of Virginia and playing for the women’s tennis team alongside Karolina Kozakova.

Coach Sara O’Leary said: ‘We are thrilled to announce the signing of Karolina and Isabelle.

‘Both are exceptional student-athletes who have experienced great success in the classroom and on the court. They are excited to be on Grounds this spring and compete for the orange and blue.’

Isabelle says a typical day of training starts with mobility in the gym, including stretches and a quick run. She will then practice for around two hours, before finishing the day with either a lift or a cardio session.

Luckily, the budding tennis star has also had time to relax outside of her busy tennis schedule, holidaying to Greece with her family in August with glamorous yacht trips, and travelled to France in 2024.
