The unofficial MAGA exercise guide of Donald Trump's leading ladies

Whether it be Trump's daughter, Ivanka, 43, his daughter-in-law, Lara, 43, or even his Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, 28, it seems like Trump's team really enjoys working out

They say that abs are made in the kitchen – but apparently, they’re really made in The White House.

The leading ladies in President Donald Trump‘s office all seem to have one thing in common, and that’s the fact that they’re all incredibly physically fit.

Whether it be Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, 43, his daughter-in-law, Lara, also 43, or even his Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, 28, it seems like his team really enjoys working out.

In fact, during a January appearance on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her podcast, Ivanka admitted that she only began to fall in love with working out only recently.

‘Something that I think has been a massive change for me since I moved to Miami, I started prioritizing exercise,’ she revealed during the episode.

‘Initially, that took the form of yoga and Pilates, these things that I had done at various points of my life, but now I had the ability, because I was on my own schedule, to make them more consistent and a more regular part of my life,’ Ivanka said.

But Ivanka isn’t the only one to have revealed her exercise routine to the world – many members of his team have posted photos and videos of their workouts routines to social media.

FEMAIL has now broken all of their workouts down – and from weight lifting and Pilates to walking and biking, here is what the ladies in the Trump world are doing.

Karoline Leavitt, White House Press Secretary

It’s no secret that Leavitt, 28, likes to work out, as she has always posted peeks into her wellness routine on her Instagram account, where she has over 2.5 million followers.

But before her time in The White House, Leavitt playedNCAA Division II softball forSaint Anselm College in New Hampshire.

In 2016, her freshman year, she started in all 36 games her team played, according to her college’s athletic website, and even earned theNortheast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week that year.

Since getting involved in politics, she’s continued to stay active, as she even shared her workout routine in an Instagram post in August 2023, as she exercised at Black Pearl Gym in her home state of New Hampshire.

In the clip, Leavitt lifted some seriously heavy weights to perform some bicep curls as she stood in the gym.

Strength training is a crucial part of staying fit, according to Cleveland Clinic, as it can have benefits which include building stronger muscles and bones, as well as weight management.

It can even reduce the risks for cardiovascular disease.

‘Advocating for the conservative American values of faith, family, and freedom is my passion. It has also become my career,’ Leavitt wrote in the caption of her post at the time.

‘Another one of my passions is fitness! I was an athlete growing up, played NCAA D2 college softball, and try my best to workout four to five days per week. I believe it is a privilege to take care of ourselves — mentally and physically,’ her message read.

Of course, as she’s also a member of the Trump team, it’s no surprise that Leavitt enjoys playing golf.

She’s posted multiple clips to Instagram of herselfon the driving range, playing all over the country.

Recently, she enjoyed some playing time with President Trump during his July trip to Scotland.

Ivanka Trump, daughter to the President and former Presidential Advisor

As Ivanka mentioned in a podcast interview earlier this year, she really began to take her fitness seriously once she moved down to Miami with her husband, Jared Kushner, and their three young children.

During her January 2025 appearance on the Skinny Confidential Him & Her podcast, she revealed that she really started to see a difference in her body when she started weight training.

Trump admitted that while yoga and Pilates are definitely activities that she enjoys more than resistance training, she has noticed that they're not as effective for her body

‘Gradually, I started doing more resistance and weight training, and that’s when I saw a massive difference,’ she shared at the time.

‘My whole body changed. But that’s when I really noticed a massive change for me, and my body composition fundamentally changed. I got stronger, I got leaner, and I could kind of get away with it because I’m really tall, so I can look lean even if I wasn’t strong,’ Ivanka said.

However, she admitted that while yoga and Pilates are definitely activities that she enjoys more than resistance training, she has noticed that they’re not as effective for her body.

‘I don’t really enjoy doing it, I enjoy going for walks, I enjoy playing sports, I really enjoy Pilates and yoga, but I have seen such a transformation in terms of my health,’ Ivanka said.

On her Instagram page, Ivanka has also shared snippets of her various workouts, even giving followers a peak into what appears to be her home gym, where she has various weights and even a weight bench.

Since she lives in Miami, Ivanka also likes to stay fit by surfing and playing water sports, which she’s posted about on social media.

She and her daughter, Arabella, 13, also take jiu-jitsu atGisele Bündchen’s boyfriend’s gym in Florida.

‘It is good for everyone,’ she said on the Skinny Confidential podcast.

Lara Trump, daughter-in-law of the President

Fox News star Lara Trump is a big gym buff, too, as she even designs and sells her own line of workout gear.

A few years ago, she divulged some of her favorite exercises in an interview with The Trump Organization, telling them that she has been an ‘athlete’ her entire life.

She has competed in triathlons and marathons over the course of her life, but also enjoys the simpler things, like getting on a bike.

‘I like to change up my workout as often as possible so that I don’t get bored and my body doesn’t stop responding,’ Lara explained to the website.

‘One of my favorite things is to be on my bike. There’s an element of danger when you ride fast and I think I like to be a little scared,’ she continued.

‘But, more than that, there’s such freedom to being completely disconnected, no music, no wires, no screens, just me and my bike. It always takes me back to a time when I was a kid, out on a bike without a care in the world.’

Lara explained that she really enjoys starting every day with exercise.

‘As an athlete for my entire life, I have always appreciated the way that exercise can affect everything from your physique to your mood. I make it a point (although it’s often a very early point) to start my day with exercise,’ Lara shared.

‘As someone who likes to have goals to strive toward, I like to compete in triathlons on a regular basis. It makes going for a run, bike ride or swim that much more meaningful while I’m doing it,’ she said.

‘I hope that my children will one day appreciate how much of a stress reliever and overall positive experience exercise can be.’

‘Heck of a morning doing the Pete & Bobby Challenge (100 pushups and 50 pull ups in under 10 mins) with this group of bada****!’ she wrote in the caption.
